The contracting authority hereby informs all interested tenderers that the deadline for submission of tenders has been extended by seven calendar days to allow sufficient time for the preparation of offers following the publication of responses to requests for clarification. Revised deadline for submission of tenders: Previous deadline: 23 October 2026, 10:00 New deadline: 30 October 2026, 10:00 CET In line with this extension, the planned commencement of works is also postponed by seven calendar days compared to the date indicated in the original tender documentation. All other provisions of the tender documentation remain unchanged. Tenderers are requested to take note of these changes.
The Subject of the Contract is the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system at the Main Pumping Station of RWC Hidrodrini, on a turnkey basis. The scope of Works and Services, technical requirements, performance criteria, drawings, and all other obligations of the Contractor are fully defined in the Technical Specifications of the Tender Documents.
30000 Peja The PV system will be installed at a facility operated by RWC Hidrodrini in Peja, Kosovo. Location: 42°39'41.58"N 20°16'12.31"E (WGS84).
