Oman Medical specialty Board is hereby has published the RFQ inviting all locals & regional specialized bidders to participate in this RFQ as per the following instructions, in addition to all terms of RFQ enclosed in the RFQ documents. A. SUBMISSION All Proposals should be submitted online at eTendering System (https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.om) B. CORRESPONDENCES 1. RFQ Inquiry: All correspondence pertaining to the RFQ Inquiry must be online at e-tendering System. 2.“Participation in bid submission at eTendering will be possible only if you complete the Tender Fee step. Kindly make sure that you complete the step whether fee is applicable or not for the tender.” 3. Deduction for Employment and Training Initiatives "The Tenderer agrees that an amount equivalent to 1.2% of the total value of each interim and final payment due under this contract shall be deducted from the Contractor's bill as a contribution towards employment and training initiatives. The deducted amount shall be transferred by the Employer to a designated account for this purpose, in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This deduction will be processed with each payment and is mandatory under the conditions of the contract.
