توفير عدد 1500 بطاقة هوية موظف في محافظة شمال الباطنة Providing 1500 employee ID cards in North Al Batinah Governorate للتواصل/خالد السديري92271460 ملاحظات عامة: 1- على الشركات المتقدمة للمناقصة تقديم عينات او نماذج للمعاينة ((في حالة طلبها خلال 3 أيام عمل)) تسلم الى قسم المخازن بدائرة الشؤون الإدارية بولاية صحار – للاستفسار 99442899. 2- في حالة امتناع الشركة عن تقديم العينات المطلوبة وفي الوقت المحدد لا يعتد بالعرض المقدم من قبل الشركة. 3- أرفاق شهادة استيفاء التعمين– يتعين على جميع الشركات ارفاق شهادة استيفاء معايير التعمين التي تصدر من وزارة العمل مع عرض الأسعار. 4- سيتم استقطاع نسبة 1.2% من مبلغ كل فاتورة لصالح مركز التأهيل والتدريب حسب التعميم رقم (6/2025) الصادر من وزارة العمل. 5- السعر يجب ان يشمل التوريد والتركيب لجميع الأجهزة الكهربائية والالكترونية بالإضافة الى اثاث المكاتب والمساكن. 6- لن يتم التعاقد مع أي شركة في حالة عدم الالتزام بالملاحظات السابقة.
