Oman Tourism Development Company SAOC (OMRAN) Invite specialized consultancies firms to: Carry out an independent comprehensive assessment of the existing Grain Silos and associated Grain Processing, Storage and Handling Facilities located within the mixed-use development. The assessment shall evaluate and assess environmental impacts of the existing facilities, their current operations and associated impacts on the surrounding development, including residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, leisure and public realm components. The study shall also assess the compatibility of the Grain Silos and associate facilities with the long-term vision, planned land uses and overall positioning of the development. Notes: 1. Bidders shall submit E-bond though the system. 2. Bidders must quote as per section C4: Schedule of Rates mentioned in tender documents.
