Lubbock Independent School District (District) is seeking proposals for a fully managed, provider-lit Wide Area Network (WAN) service providing dedicated data transport between the instructional and administrative locations identified in this RFP. The selected provider shall furnish, install, configure, transition, upgrade, maintain, and otherwise provide all provider-owned facilities, equipment, optics, services, and support necessary to meet the requirements of this RFP. The anticipated service commencement date is July 1, 2027, subject to Board approval, contract execution, E-Rate requirements, and applicable funding.
