Overview
NILGOSC requires a full range of tax advisory services for its investment portfolio. Advice is required across the range of asset classes and includes but is not limited to tax compliance, global tax agency requirements, tax forms service, advice in respect of global tax exemptions/reliefs available and tax reviews in respect of new investments. Advice may be sought in respect of additional asset classes depending on the outcome of future strategic reviews.
Renewal: Following the initial contract period, there are 2 optional extension periods of up to 12 months each. Optional extension periods will be subject to review and satisfactory performance assessment by the Contracting Authority.
