Overview
The BBC is looking to purchase a digital analytics platform to collect high-quality data on user interaction across its digital services, with current volumes of around 160 billion events per month. The tool will be used by approximately 3,000 users across the BBC and BBC Studios Limited, who collectively produce more than 1,000 custom dashboards consumed by stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.
Renewal: The Contract may be extended at the BBC’s discretion by up to 3 x 24-month extensions. If the BBC wishes to exercise this option, it will give written notice to the supplier no later than three (3) months prior to the end of the initial term.
Estimated value: 28,670,000 GBP including VAT
