Overview

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking to procure one Provider to work with the Council on the coordination and implementation of the Holiday Activities and Food Programme. This is a Department for Education Funded programme to deliver holiday activities, including a meal, to eligible children and their families during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holiday. In addition to covering the essential three main holidays the Provider may offer further provision in half terms subject to budget. North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services in respect of this requirement. The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification.

Renewal: The Council proposes to enter into one (1) Contract for an initial period of 24 months with the preferred Potential Provider, with an option to extend for 24 (12+12) months, making 48 months in total. The Contract has a maximum annual budget of £1,100,000.00 (exclusive of VAT) for the delivery of the requirement as set out in the Specification. This is based on the initial two-year contract period, with the option to extend for a further two years (1+1), subject to funding availability with the core service as detailed in the tender documentation.
