The Subject of the Contract is supply, installation and related civil works for customer and bulk flow water meters in existing supply networks operated by the participating Regional Water Comapnies. The Works include, but are not limited to: - Bulk (production/distribution) flow metering: installation of two electromagnetic flow meters on main distribution pipelines in Ferizaj (RWC Bifurkacioni). - Customer metering: relocation and replacement of customer water meters in prefabricated chambers to public space for all 479 service connections in Pasjan village, Gjilan Municipality (RWC Hidromorava). - Smart customer and zonal metering: digitalization and smart monitoring of a DMA in Dardania neighborhood in Prizren (RWC Hidroregjioni Jugor) through replacement of approximately 550 existing mechanical customer meters with smart meters, installation of three ultrasonic flow meters for the DMA Dardania, and five pressure sensors, communication devices and software platform for real-time monitoring and analysis. For financing purposes, the investments are divided into: Component A (Government of Kosovo / Ministry of Economy financed): - Bulk flow metering – RWC Bifurkacioni - Customer water metering – RWC Hidromorava Component B (SECO financed): - Smart metering and DMA monitoring – RWC Hidroregjioni Jugor This Contract includes design, supply, deliver, install, test, commission, and hand over all necessary Works and Services for the installation and digital integration of the water meters, pressure sensors, telemetry equipment and related monitoring systems.

The two installation points of the bulk flow meters (incl. chambers) for RWC Bifurkacioni (Ferizaj) are on the distribution system downstream of Pleshinë Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and reservoir. The location for the Works and Services for the RWC Hidromorava (Gjilan) is the 479 service connections in Pasjan village in the municipality of Gjilan. The Works and Services will be implemented in Dardania neighborhood in the city of Prizren, within the service area of RWC Hidroregjioni Jugor.
