To include design and development of layouts, delivery, installation, on site training, and spare parts selection, and 5 year warranty.

Direct award This is limited grant funding provided to NCC and this needs to be spent by the end of the financial year. There is a lead time for the theatre seating of 3 months, therefore no time to carry out a competitive tender process for this. This excepted contract is approved and NCC will award to Kirwin & Simpson Ltd utilising 2.2.9 of the excepted contract categories.
