Overview
Tewkesbury Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of a Specialist Advice/Advisor Service for Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing businesses across Gloucestershire. Working through the Gloucestershire Growth Hub Network, the service will provide tailored growth support, business diagnostics, action planning, referrals, outreach and sector events to improve productivity, innovation, skills, resilience and competitiveness. The contract will run from 30 November 2026 to 31 March 2028, with a total budget of £160,000.
Award criteria: The Authority will assess each Tender on a quality / price / social value split basis with 55% of the available score being awarded for quality, 40% weighting awarded for price and 5% awarded for social value.
