Key information
Overview
WNC is seeking an experienced provider to support the design, mobilisation, delivery, analysis and reporting of three periodic Children and Young People's Health and Wellbeing Survey waves. The provider will be expected to manage the survey on a day-to-day basis and work closely with Council commissioners, Public Health colleagues, Business Intelligence colleagues, schools and other relevant system partners to meet our need for timely and actionable insight. The proposed arrangement is for three survey waves in alternate years over a five-year period, provisionally in 2027, 2029 and 2031. The proposed maximum value is £75,000 excluding VAT across the full arrangement.
Award criteria: The contract will be awarded to the compliant supplier achieving the highest overall score. Quotations will be evaluated on quality (70%) and price (30%). Quality will be assessed against the published questions covering relevant experience and resources, survey methodology, delivery, accessibility and safeguarding, analysis and reporting, and social value. Price will be assessed using the total price for the full contract period, with the lowest price receiving the highest price score. The weighted quality and price scores will be combined to determine the successful supplier.
