Overview
The contract modification extends the duration of the existing Life in the UK Test Preparation Materials contract from 21 May 2027 to 30 March 2028. The modification is being implemented pursuant to Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The extension is required to maintain continuity of the official Life in the UK Test preparation materials service whilst the replacement procurement is completed and mobilisation and transition activities are undertaken. The modification does not alter the scope of services, pricing arrangements, supplier obligations, intellectual property arrangements, governance arrangements, performance requirements or overall commercial model. The estimated value of the modification is approximately £662,000, increasing the contract value from approximately £6.943 million to approximately £7.605 million.
Provision of official Life in the UK Test preparation materials, including publication, printing, fulfilment, distribution, stock management and associated services supporting the statutory Life in the UK Test.
