Direct award UK Export Finance (UKEF) intends to award a contract to Millennium Business Technology Ltd for the provision of a FRC Programme Manager. The contract will be for a term of up to 18 months and has an estimated value of £ £620,100 (inclusive of VAT). It is considered that this contract can be awarded under Section 41 of the Procurement Act 2023 because the direct award justification specified in paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (single supplier - technical reasons) applies. Millennium Business Technology Ltd are the only organisation with the technical specialist personnel required to deliver the specific financial systems and reporting requirements related to UKEF. There is no reasonable alternative as the services cannot be obtained through other routes or frameworks.
