Renewal: 3+1+1 Award criteria: Award will be based on the Most Advantageous Tender, evaluated on 70% Quality and 30% Price. Quality assessment will include technical competence, service delivery, contract management, experience, and social value, with the highest scoring compliant tender being awarded the contract.
