Direct award The contract is being awarded under Section 41 and Schedule 5, Paragraph 6 of the Procurement Act 2023. Due to technical compatibility requirements and an absence of competition for technical reasons, only Fresenius Kabi Limited can supply consumables compatible with the Trust's existing LOVO Analysers. No reasonable alternative or substitute consumables are available that would enable continued operation of the equipment.
