The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames is seeking responses from suitably experienced and qualified Applicants for the provision of mobile ice cream and catering services at designated sites including Richmond Riverside, Richmond Green, Ham Street Car Park and Buccleuch Gardens.
Lot 1 - Provision for Ice Cream Concession Contract at existing sites in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Renewal: The Contract period for Lot 1 is three (3) years with an option to extend for up to 2 (two) further years at the Council’s absolute discretion. The contract commencement date is 1 April 2027. The Contract period for Lot 2 is for one (1) year with an option to extend for up to four (4) years in increments of two (2) years at the Council’s absolute discretion. The contract commencement date is 1April 2027. Options: The Contract period for Lot 1 is three (3) years with an option to extend for up to 2 (two) further years at the Council’s absolute discretion. The contract commencement date is 1 April 2027.
