Overview
The Commission is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to support the three-year appraisal of the funding and performance of Public Service Media organisations (“PSMs”), RTÉ and TG4, for the period 2028–2030. The appraisal will be undertaken in accordance with the Commission’s Statement of Procedure and Methodology. The Services will comprise the provision of expert financial, economic and regulatory analysis and evaluation to support the assessment of funding requirements, available resources, financial forecasts, costs, performance commitments and intended outputs for the 2028–2030 appraisal period. The Services will also include the preparation of appraisal reports, findings and recommendations to support the Commission in fulfilling its statutory and regulatory responsibilities in relation to the three-year appraisal process.
