Change of use and fit-out of an existing ground floor retail unit to a Day Care Centre / Day Service Hub on behalf of Enable Ireland, including internal alterations, partitions and doors, accessible sanitary accommodation, finishes, mechanical and electrical services, fire safety and accessibility works, signage and all associated works necessary to complete the unit in accordance with the Contract Documents and statutory approvals.
