Kvam municipality intends to enter into a service contract for the procurement and delivery of dinners to sjukeheimar/omsorgsbustader, dagsenter og heimebuande tenestemottakarar. The contract has an estimated volume of approx. 6,000 dinner portions per month in accordance with the following distribution: * Approx. 50 home bound - 600 portions per month. Subscribers cages in Ålvik, Øystese, Norheimsund and Strandebarm. * Institutions, sheltered accommodations and day centres: in Ålvik, Øystese, Norheimsund and Strandebarm - 5,000 portions per month. The dinner agreement is in line with national guidelines ("National professional guidelines for Food, Meals and Nutrition in the Health and Care Services" shall replace the "Food Handbook").  Based on modern competitions and the current market situation, the intention is to enter into a services contract with Matvarehuset AS, and the contract will be valid from the date it is signed by the parties (contract date). The agreement can be signed by the Contracting Authority with 6 (six) written notices before the contract date. The tenderer can refer to the agreement with 12 (twelve) written notices before the contract date. In this way the contract can be extended if the market situation locally or regionally contracts or if the municipality wants to carry out the work under the auspices. It will be relevant to consider the agreement quarter of the second year and decide whether there is a basis for entering into the agreement.
