The procurement concerns the establishment of framework agreements for the purchase of stringing equipment and related components for use in construction, operation, maintenance, reinvestment and replacement work on Statnett’s high-voltage overhead lines. The framework agreements cover planned purchases, reinvestments and time-critical needs arising from breakdown, damage, wear or phase-out of existing equipment. The scope also includes relevant spare parts, service, repair, technical support, documentation and, where agreed, loan or replacement equipment. The purpose is to ensure predictable access to safe, technically suitable and properly documented equipment and related services supporting Statnett’s preparedness model.

The procurement documents are available in Statnett’s e-procurement system, Ivalua. All communication, requests to participate and tenders shall be submitted through Ivalua. The procurement is divided into four Lots, and framework agreements will be awarded separately for each Lot. Further information is set out in the procurement documents.
