De opdracht heeft als voorwerp het afsluiten van een "Building Performance Contract" (specifiek energieprestatiecontract) voor een aantal gebouwen van het OCMW van Brussel, het Gemeentebestuur van Elsene en het Gemeentebestuur van Etterbeek. De hoofddoelstelling bestaat erin het energieverbruik (hoofdzakelijk aardgas en elektriciteit) en de daarmee gepaard gaande CO₂-uitstoot van deze gebouwen te verminderen.
L'objet du marché est la conclusion d’un « Building Performance Contract » (Contrat de Performance Energétique spécifique) pour un certain nombre de bâtiments du CPAS de Bruxelles, de l’Administration Communale d’Ixelles et de l’Administration Communale d’Etterbeek. L’objectif principal est de réduire les consommations d’énergie (gaz et électricité principalement) et les émissions de CO2 associées à ces bâtiments.
