Fourniture de carburants - ACCORD-CADRE A BONS DE COMMANDE Lot N°1 : Fourniture de gasoil, sans plomb 95, sans plomb 98 en station-service par cartes accréditives Lot N°2 : Fourniture et livraison de Fioul « grand froid », SP 95 et SP 98 pour le stade Léo Lagrange à Fourmies Lot N°3 : Fourniture et livraison de carburants de type de Gasoil Non Routier « GNR » et le cas échéant Biocarburant de type BIO 100 ou équivalent
La durée de l’accord cadre est fixé au CCAP. Le marché débutera à compter du 1er janvier 2027. L’accord cadre est conclu pour une période d’un an qui court à compter du 1er janvier 2027 au 31 décembre 2027. Cette période est renouvelable 2 fois (par tacite reconduction), ce qui étend la durée à 3 années aux conditions techniques et financières de la première année.
