Les prix sont unitaires. Ce marché est financé par le budget de la commune de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Une avance forfaitaire pourra être versée en une seule fois au(x) titulaire(s), sauf indication contraire mentionnée à l’acte d’engagement, lorsque le montant fixé dans le marché est supérieur à 50 000,00 Euros HT (art. L. 2191-2 et s. et R. 2191-3 et s. du C.C.P.) et dans les conditions prévues à l’article 5 du CCAP. Le marché est conclu pour une durée d’un an à compter de sa notification. Il est renouvelable tacitement trois fois, sans pouvoir excéder 4 ans. Le titulaire ne peut s’opposer à la reconduction.
