Fraport Greece conducts this tender procedure in order to select ground handling service providers (natural persons, legal entities, or consortia) to be awarded the right to provide one or more of the Third Party Baggage Handling Services and/or Ramp Handling Services and/or Ramp Handling Services for Inflight Catering, at Skiathos Airport, for a period of seven (7) consecutive years. A maximum of three (3) ground handling services providers will be selected per service. The selected ground handling service providers shall provide high quality Services with a high level of safety, security, environmental protection, quality and health, taking into account that price competitiveness is a significant factor. It is noted that the right to provide the requested services is awarded by the Competent National Authority (Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority -HCAA) in accordance with the terms of the Basic Ground Handling Regulation.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), including all tender documents and technical annexes, is available and may be accessed through https://www.fraportgreece.com/en.html (section: sustainability). Certain tender documents, as specifically identified in the RFP, contain confidential information and will be made available only upon execution and submission of the Declaration of Confidentiality, the template of which is included in the RFP. Following receipt of the duly executed Declaration of Confidentiality together with the relevant supporting documents evidencing legal representation and the signatory’s authority to execute the document, Fraport Greece will provide the relevant documents to the Tenderers by email. The tender procedure will be conducted electronically through https://ecmservices.fraportgreece.com/eProposals. Access to the electronic tender platform will be granted upon execution and submission of the Declaration of Confidentiality, at which point Fraport Greece will provide the necessary login credentials to the Tenderers by email. Deadline for receipt of tenders is set on 28/09/2026 at 17:00 (Athens time). The tender procedure will be conducted in the English language. By way of exception certain documents shall be submitted exclusively in Greek language as stipulated in the Procurement Document.
