Voorliggende opdracht omvat de inkoop van specialistische jeugdhulp voor ca. 17.000 jeugdigen in de Amsterdam – Amstelland gemeenten (Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Diemen, Ouder-Amstel, Uithoorn). Deze hulp wordt veelal verleend door multidisciplinaire teams en omvat de vormen van jeugdhulp zoals opgenomen in de Algemene Maatregel van Bestuur (AMvB), behorend bij de Wet verbetering beschikbaarheid jeugdzorg (Wvbj).
