Overview

The purpose of this process is to set up a Framework Agreement for a professional videographer to plan, film, edit and deliver a suite of high quality videos, with accompanying supporting PDF documents, that accurately and ethically represent high quality early years practice in Irish early years settings. The scope of work includes filming interview-style footage with early years educators, capturing aligned supporting footage of children and practice, editing and post-production, and contributing to the design of supporting PDF documents using pre-designed templates. All work must align with safeguarding, consent, assent, privacy and ethical requirements and reflect the values and principles of high-quality early years practice. Final outputs will be used for public guidance, professional learning, training and presentations.
