Tenderers may propose equivalent solutions, provided that they meet or exceed the functional, technical, food-safety and performance requirements set out in the tender specification. The contract includes the machine, product infeed/handling arrangements, film control, sealing system, date/batch coding capability, product detection, safety features, delivery to site, installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, staff training, warranty and service support.
