Overview

Nordland county hereby invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for the procurement of a digital property platform. The contracting authority, c/o the Trade group Bygg og eierskap i Nordland fylkeskommune, intends to procure a Digital Property Platform which shall support the trade group ́s work with management, operation and maintenance, cleaning and development. The procurement covers the following areas within MOM: ownership and area management, operation and maintenance, as well as cleaning and engineering design tools. The procurement embraces the following areas within MOM: Ownership/Area Management, Operation/Maintenance and Cleaning.NFK aims to achieve better utilisation of building information models (BIM) and will use the standardised IFC storage format to ensure sustainable safeguarding and managing data related to our properties. This means that we store IFC in an object relational database and that this exchanges data with the MOM tool. We are looking for tenderers who can submit a combined tender for object relational database + tool. Further details on the procurement are in the Requirement Specifications, attached to the competition.
