Overview

Wij zoeken vanaf 1 december 2026 één dienstverlener voor de levering, implementatie en het beheer van het beoogde landelijk communicatieplatform voor BVO NL. Onder communicatieplatform verstaan wij één geïntegreerde, complete oplossing voor zowel kantoortelefonie als contactcenter functionaliteit De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt € 875.000, - exclusief btw voor de initiële looptijd van vier jaar. Inclusief de maximale verlengingsopties bedraagt de totale geraamde waarde € 1.750.000, - exclusief btw voor de totale maximale looptijd van 8 jaar.
