It simply seeks opinions and information from the market to help inform the proposed approach Enterprise Ireland will take when tendering for Overseas Legal Advisory and HR Services. The market consultation document does not constitute a representation that a future tender process for Overseas Legal Advisory and HR Services programmes will in fact be procured in whole or in part. The purpose of this request is to explore the various options or solutions to deliver Overseas Legal Advisory & HR Advice Services (Global Advice) that may be available to Enterprise Ireland. Enterprise Ireland wants to understand and assess the range of options available in this area and obtain feedback from across the market. In that regard, should respondents be able to provide indicative costs of the solutions that they might offer, that would be much appreciated, though we recognise that the time allowed may not be sufficient for that purpose. Enterprise Ireland may cancel this market consultation at any time. Enterprise Ireland shall not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by parties arising out of the market consultation. Interested parties shall bear their own costs in participating in the consultation.
