De ingekochte dienstverlening is bestemd voor leidinggevenden binnen BVO NL die externe professionals willen inzetten voor tijdelijke capaciteit of specialistische expertise. De geraamde waarde bedraagt € 5.500.000, - exclusief btw voor de initiële looptijd van twee jaar. Inclusief de maximale verlengingsopties bedraagt de totale geraamde waarde € 16.500.000, - exclusief btw voor de totale maximale looptijd van zes jaar. De maximale opdrachtwaarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt € 33.000.000 exclusief btw. Deze maximale waarde ligt hoger dan de geraamde opdrachtwaarde.
