The service must be delivered to a consistently high standard, in an efficient manner, and in a way that supports the smooth running of graduation days. The supplier must provide an end-to-end service covering: On- site photography service A studio-style photography service for graduates (individual and group options). Sufficient photographers and support staff to maintain an efficient flow and minimise queues. On-site administration/support to handle bookings, orders and customer queries on the day. All equipment required to deliver the service, including a practical back-up plan for equipment failure.
