The Irish Institute of Music and Song (IIMS) invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and testing of a comprehensive Audio Visual and Video Streaming system for The Lark Concert Hall, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. The scope of works includes a professional Front of House and Surround PA system, stage monitoring, DiGiCo mixing consoles, microphone systems, an 11-camera 4K PTZ video recording and live streaming system, display screens across all rooms, and associated AV infrastructure including racks, cabling, patch panels, and signal processing. The contract is for a single supplier and includes a minimum 24-month warranty with next-business- day on-site response. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of best price-quality ratio (45 technical quality / 55 price).
