Binnen het EU‑400 programma voor Engineeringsdiensten Technical & Spatial Services is engineering essentieel voor de realisatie en aanpassing van infrastructuur. De groeiende vraag naar capaciteit vraagt om een efficiënte inzet van technische en ruimtelijke expertise. TenneT zet deze opdracht in de markt via een niet‑openbare procedure. In de selectiefase worden geschikte gegadigden geselecteerd, die vervolgens worden uitgenodigd tot inschrijving in de gunningsfase. De opdracht omvat multidisciplinaire engineeringsdiensten voor hoogspanningsverbindingen ≥110 kV in Nederland, inclusief ontwerp-, studie- en voorbereidingsactiviteiten.
