Overview

De aanbesteding betreft de schoonmaakdienstverlening van één kantoorlocatie in het centrum van Arnhem. Het doel is om een overeenkomst te sluiten met één (1) leverancier van schoonmaakdiensten. De uit te voeren werkzaamheden omvatten reguliere schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en glasbewassing. De overeenkomst zal beoogd te worden aangegaan voor een periode van vier (4) jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot twee (2) maal een optionele verlenging van twee (2) jaar. De beoogde ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 oktober 2025. De totale maximale duur is acht (8) jaar (4+2+2). Er is sprake van een raming van de opdrachtwaarde ter waarde van ca. € 212.500,00 excl. btw per jaar.
