Overview

Samenvattend bevat de opdracht het totale pakket van exploitatie, bestaande uit facilitair management en hospitality. Gezocht wordt naar een opdrachtnemer die de catering, hospitality, personeels-, operationeel- en evenementenmanagement, beveiliging, schoonmaak, het uitbaten van de souvenirshop en ondersteuning bij audiovisuele communicatie van het Nederlands paviljoen kan organiseren en uitvoeren. Opdrachtgever is voornemens over te gaan tot het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met een looptijd van naar verwachting begin juni 2024 tot en met 31 januari 2026. De piek in de werkzaamheden ligt vanzelfsprekend in de 6 maanden dat de Expo open is, van 13 april 2025 tot en met 13 oktober 2025.
