Overview
Het doel van deze toelatingsprocedure is het sluiten van raamovereenkomsten met de jeugdhulppotentiële opdrachtnemers voor de Basis JGGZ en de Specialistisch JGGZ. Deze toelatingsprocedure kent een perceelindeling, namelijk: Perceel 1: Basis JGGZ (BJGGZ) Perceel 2: Specialistisch JGGZ (SJGGZ) De raamovereenkomst gaat in op 1 januari 2027 en loopt tot en met 31 december 2030. De opdrachtgever kan de raamovereenkomst na het verstrijken van de looptijd twee (2) keer schriftelijk verlengen met steeds een periode van achtenveertig (48) kalendermaanden. Gedurende de maximale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst zal maximumbedrag - voor de BJGGZ - van € 50.308.722, -- excl. BTW niet worden overschreden. Gedurende de maximale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst zal maximumbedrag – voor de SJGGZ - van € 323.808.822, -- excl. BTW niet worden overschreden. De raming van de Lelystad is hierin niet meegenomen. Mocht Lelystad met ingang van 1-1-2031 aansluiten bij deze procedure, dan geldt het volgende: Gedurende de maximale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst zal maximumbedrag van € 409.257.182, -- excl. BTW niet worden overschreden.
