This Tender involves the supply of Parts for military aerospace equipment. Part / Parts are the defined Standard Parts as well as Expendables as per the definitions in the definitions section of the Tender. The Contracting Authority aims to outsource the provisioning of Parts for several military (weapon-) systems with the goal to unburden the Contracting Authority in the provisioning, handling and distribution of these Parts. At various locations of the Contracting Authority (hereafter “Delivery Points”) daily maintenance on aircraft is being performed. During maintenance Parts need to be replaced by factory new Parts. At this moment approx. 22.800 part numbers are identified within the scope of this Tender. During the intended contract the Parts shall be made available to the Contracting Authority in an optimized, efficient and cost effective way. With the contract the Contracting Authority aims to cover current and future needs for Parts.
