La procedura in esame viene svolta tramite la piattaforma di intermediazione telematica di Regione Lombardia denominata Sintel, come indicato nel disciplinare di gara. Gli esiti della gara verranno pubblicati sui siti www.asst-spedalicivili.it e www.sintel.regione.lombardia.it. L'Amministrazione comunicherà la risposta alle richieste di informazioni complementari e chiarimenti, ai sensi di legge, almeno sei giorni prima del termine di ricezione delle offerte. Sono previste modifiche contrattuali senza nuova procedura, a prescindere dal valore, ai sensi art. 120 D. Lgs. 36/2023
