L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 48 mois (4 ans) à compter de la date de sa notification. La valeur estimée et maximum de l'accord-cadre sont exprimées hors TVA. Cet accord-cadre s’exécute via l’émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum est fixé à : 1 000 000 euros hors TVA sur la durée totale du marché.
