Konzeption und Durchführung einer Maßnahmekombination zur Heranführung an eine selbständige Tätigkeit und Unterstützung einer selbständigen Tätigkeit -nach § 16 Abs.1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs.1 S.1. Nr. 4 SGB III und § 16c SGB II für ca. 19 Plätze des JC Rhein-Erft im Bezirk des REZ NRW
Das Leistungsverzeichnis/Losblatt enthält den/die am Vertrag beteiligten Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter). Nach Maßgabe von § 18 des Vertrages kann die Leistung durch weitere Bedarfsträger (Agentur für Arbeit bzw. Jobcenter als sog. Dritte) genutzt werden. Höchstmenge der Rahmenvereinbarung: 19 Plätze (zzgl. der vertraglichen Flexibilisierungsmöglichkeiten in Höhe von 30 %)
