Předmětem tohoto projektu je památková obnova a adaptace části Pardubického zámku, č.p.1. Předmětem stavby je zejména vybudování reprezentativního sálu a foyer ve 3 a 2.NP průčelního traktu zámku včetně vybudování nového velkorysého propojujícího schodiště, zázemí pro catering, šaten a hygienického zázemí ve 2NP. Součástí stavby je dále obnovení prostupu do místnosti c. 3.19.
