Contract având ca obiect concesiunea prin gestiune delegata a serviciului de iluminat public in Municipiul Drobeta Turnu Severin, consta în: servicii de întretinere, mentenantă a sistemului de iluminat public, inchiriere si montare - demontare instalatii de iluminat festiv, telegestiune, modernizare, extindere a sistemului de iluminat public, inclusiv elaborarea documentatiei tehnice aferente, conform cerintelor documentatiei de atribuire. Numarul de zile pana la care operatorii economici pot adresa intrebari/clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 26 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 16 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

”Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.
