Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de confier ultérieurement au titulaire du marché, en application des articles L. 21221 et R. 21227 du Code de la commande publique, un ou plusieurs nouveaux marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires. Le marché sera dévolu soit à un candidat unique, soit à un groupement groupement. En cas de groupement conjoint le mandataire solidaire sera solidaire.
