La présente consultation concerne la mise en place d'un accord-cadre pour l'exécution des travaux d'adaptation des logements en milieu occupé et des ERP pour personne en situation de handicap ou de mobilité réduite (PSH ou PMR) sur l'ensemble du patrimoine de Colombes Habitat Public. Le marché est décomposé en deux lots conclu pour chaque lot sans minimum et avec un maximum en valeur définit comme suit : 2 700 000 € HT par lot pour la durée totale du marché.
