Il Responsabile unico del progetto, ai sensi dell'art. 15 del Codice dei Contratti, è la dott.ssa Antonia Mazzotta (Responsabile della CUCSA FVG), mentre la dott.ssa Elena Pitton di ARCS è responsabile della fase di affidamento della procedura, fermo restando la competenza dei singoli Enti in ordine alla necessità di nominare il RUP relativamente al singolo Contratto di servizio.
