Die Leistung umfasst die bedarfsgerechte Beschaffung sowie die fachgerechte Lieferung von Geräten der Präsentationsperipherie an alle Standorte (3 Doppel-Kindergarten, Unterstufe und Mittelstufe). Lagerung mit Lieferung auf Abruf, in den Kategorien: - Elektronische Wandtafel (Whiteboards) - Beamer - Option: Visualizer Mengengerüst: ca. 21 Elektronische Wandtafel (Whiteboards) ca. 8 Beamer Option: 27 Visualizer Betrieb und Wartung der Infrastruktur, Störungsbehebung, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support, ggf. jährlicher Re-Rollout, Hardware-Inventar. Account-Administration. Einbindung der Hardware in die jeweilige IT-Umgebung Lieferung, Installation und schlüsselfertige Inbetriebnahme aller Komponenten. Die Netzwerkinfrastruktur ist bereits erneuert, hier sind aktuell keine zusätzlichen Investitionen geplant. Für die Informatik (Apple-Clients) läuft eine separate Ausschreibung.
