Livrarea se va face la sediul autoritatii contractante. Oferta va contine OBLIGATORIU termenul de livrare efectiv la sediul autoritatii contractante. Produsele sa fie noi, sa corespunda cu specificatiile tehnice solicitate si sa fie livrate impreuna cu documente insotitoare: certificate de conformitate, avize de insotire, certificate de garantie. Plata se va face cu ordin de plata prin trezorerie in termen de 30 zile de la receptia marfii.
