Contractul de service cuprinde urmatoarele servicii: - Efectuarea de reparatii nelimitat ca numar de interventii si fara plata suplimentara; - O intretinere preventiva (revizie) a aparatelor; - Suport telefonic; - Service la distanta prin SRS (Smart Remote Services), la echipamentul Somatom Emotion 16; - Emiterea a doua buletine de verificare; - Update-uri (actualizari) software, conform specificatiilor producatorului; - Timp maxim de raspuns garantat: 2 ore telefonic /48 ore la locatie. Livrare: La sediul beneficiarului. Plată: OP la 60 zile.
